Warehouse Coordinator - Direct Hire (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Logistics & Facilities Manager to support daily warehouse operations
  • Perform receiving activities including inspection, PO verification, documentation review, and ERP system entry
  • Safely handle and transport delicate medical device components following strict packaging and clean-handling procedures
  • Pick, stage, and distribute materials to Operations, R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams
  • Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments with proper labeling, packaging, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliation, stock rotation, lot control, and traceability
  • Follow FDA, ISO 13485, and internal SOP requirements; ensure accurate documentation across all processes
  • Support MRB processes by identifying and routing nonconforming materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse using 5S and safety principles
  • Operate warehouse tools (scales, scanners, pallet jacks) and complete OSHA forklift certification (company-funded)
  • Assist with courier scheduling, logistics coordination, and internal transfers
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and material flow

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, materials handling, or logistics
  • Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, aerospace, or other regulated industry strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, cGMP, or controlled documentation practices (preferred, not required)
  • Experience handling fragile, high-precision, or technical components
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and quality requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple departments
  • Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Basic computer proficiency; ERP or inventory system experience is a plus
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
